where those of wealth and importance reside. the inhabitants often see themselves as better than the others.

low city - 1 Viewing
where the less wealthier of the machines have been deported. those that live here carry a constant grudge for the others, despising how they show their hatred openly, oftentimes abusing them and treating them as they would scum on the bottom of their feet.
